Popped in as my Adblue needed topping up. The person dealing with me was polite and dealt with it straightaway. He also topped up my oil as I mentioned I needed to buy some which I did anyway. Such as pleasure to receive outstanding service and coincidentally my friend was picking up his new XF when I was there so I was able to confirm the great Aftersales service he will receive. Service Advisor was also polite and professional.Well done guys!
Great experience. From initial website contact all the way through to collecting my car (a very special day). The Sales Team here did a brilliant job and Farnell continue to do so in after-sales care, parts and servicing too, four months in. None of my queries seem to be any trouble to them. The end to end sales process was painless, fully explained and carried out in a professional manner. Whenever I have had an question about my vehicle there has always been a timely and accurate response. I would recommend Farnell highly and have already done so to friends. I am sure that all members of your team would have been equally attentive and professional, as for salesman i dealt with, I have nothing but praise for him, from our first introduction to the completion of the transaction he kept we well informed with the progress of the car, and was very hands on and I felt that he was on top of the job from the very beginning, I also thought that it was a bit of an added bonus that he was a very nice young man, I employ people, including salesmen and I think I can spot the good from the not so good, and I hope you agree that he is a good one.

Our beloved Jaguar was stolen a few days ago but luckily was found the next day. The whole episode was extremely upsetting. I bought the car with a small inheritance from my mother for my husband's 50th birthday. My point is that after only owning the car for less than 3 months I wanted it gone. Until I spoke to a lady at Jaguar Bradford. The simple fact that Jaguar have staff as professional and warm as her is THE ONLY reason I re-considered keeping our car. She has been beyond helpful. I can't say enough about her phone manner, and complete ability to put a customer at ease. She deserves the highest praise her management team can offer. I have worked in customer service almost 28 years so I understand the demands of the role.We look forward to getting all our servicing in the future from Farnell Bradford and thank you again
