Our beloved Jaguar was stolen a few days ago but luckily was found the next day. The whole episode was extremely upsetting. I bought the car with a small inheritance from my mother for my husband's 50th birthday. My point is that after only owning the car for less than 3 months I wanted it gone. Until I spoke to a lady at Jaguar Bradford. The simple fact that Jaguar have staff as professional and warm as her is THE ONLY reason I re-considered keeping our car. She has been beyond helpful. I can't say enough about her phone manner, and complete ability to put a customer at ease. She deserves the highest praise her management team can offer.
